Track is now available digitally

“Same Boat,” the newest single from multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning Zac Brown Band, is available now. This marks the band’s first song with their new record label, Warner Music Nashville/Home Grown Music. Front man Zac Brown penned the uplifting tune with Ben Simonetti and Jonathan Singleton. The song was recorded at the renowned Southern Ground Nashville studio and features contributions from the entire band, with melodic vocal harmonies, brisk percussion, and the lively violin.

“‘Same Boat’ is really about the human condition,” states frontman Zac Brown. “It’s about how we all go through the same things, all together. It is a chance to be able to remind people to be positive, be good to each other and show empathy. You don’t know what it’s like to walk around in someone else’s shoes. We’re all human beings. Let’s spread some love around and show kindness to each other.”

To celebrate the launch of “Same Boat,” the song is featured as an iHeartCountry World Premiere starting Friday, June 11th, and Zac Brown Band will take over SiriusXM’s Y2Kountry (ch. 61) beginning June 11th at noon ET, through Sunday, June 13th. Zac Brown Band Radio will also feature live and studio recordings from the band’s entire discography, nightly “best of” concerts, and music from other artists that inspire them. During the takeover, listeners can also expect to hear commentary about what to expect in 2021, the inspiration behind some of their biggest songs, and favorite memories over the years.

Fans can also get their very own limited edition t-shirt featuring the summer-ready “Same Boat” cover art.
