Annual show airs June 9th
A date is set for the 2021 CMT Music Awards. The annual awards will be held Wednesday, June 9th at 8 pm ET and will simulcast on additional networks that will be announced at a later date.
The CMT Music Awards is country music’s only entirely fan-voted award show. It celebrates music’s hottest stars, delivering two-and-a-half hours of nonstop performances and one-of-a-kind collaborations in and around Music City.
More details to be announced in the coming weeks.
Last year’s show was originally slated for June 3rd, but postponed to October due to COVID-19.
