ABC sets Nashville documentary for Nov 3rd

The documentary will feature 30 artists

A documentary produced by the Nashville Convention and Visitor’s Bureau about the Nashville music scene is set to air nationally on ABC-TV on Sunday, November 3rd at 3 pm ET. For the Love of Music: The Story of Nashville, an hour long documentary, tells the story of Nashville’s diverse music scene through the eyes of the musicians, songwriters, producers and artists who call Music City home.

Ben Folds, Eric Church, Peter Frampton, Billy Cox, Charlie Daniels, The Black Keys, Michael W. Smith, Martina McBride and Vince Gill are among the 30 artists who have contributed their stories to the film.

The film’s site describes the film as “a film rooted in authenticity. A story filled with passion and truth. A film made simply for the love of music.”

Check local listings for your local ABC affiliate and times. Once the documentary airs, it will live on abc.com where it can be viewed in its entirety along with exclusive and never before seen footage and extended artist interviews.
