Aespa teams with Flo Milli for ‘Dirty Work’

The song will be available on June 27th

K-pop powerhouse group Aespa has joined forces with hotly-tipped American rapper Flo Milli on their forthcoming single “Dirty Work.” The song, set for release on June 27th, includes the title track, a version featuring Flo Milli, an English version, and an instrumental. A physical edition includes the title track and instrumental version.

“Dirty Work” is a dance song characterized by captivating synth bass and cool vocal melodies. With its empowering lyrics, the song showcases Aespa’s vocal colours in a cool and chill vibe, offering a fresh contrast to their usual powerful charm.

Ahead of the release, the fierce foursome unleashed a short performance video, sending fans into a frenzy with their stone-cold hip hop dance choreography.

Flo Milli first gained attention for her viral single “Beef FloMix” in 2018. She later broke into the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 with “Never Lose Me” and was spotlit by Billboard on their Ten Hottest Female Rappers list. On her “Dirty Work” collab, she adds her signature powerful rap style, creating a special synergy with aespa.

In 2024, Aespa solidified their position at the top with their first full-length album Armageddon, which delivered a powerful, self-empowering message — “Only I can define myself.” The album features “Supernova.” Aespa swiftly achieved their third consecutive hit with “Whiplash,” an EDM track in the techno genre they tackled for the first time since debut. Sweeping major awards at numerous domestic and international music ceremonies, the group reached a new career high. As such, anticipation is high for the unique “metallic taste” Aespa will showcase through their upcoming single.

“Dirty Work’”arrives ahead of Aespa’s eagerly anticipated return to the UK for SmTown Live in London at The O2 on June 28th.
