The pop star will perform two shows in August

Live Nation has announced that Ariana Grande is bringing her world tour to China for the first time this coming August. The multi-platinum selling and Grammy Award-nominated artist is ready to ignite this summer with her debut performance in China in Beijing on August 26th, and in Guangzhou on August 30th. Tickets are on sale at Damai.cn and via Damai ticket hotline 1010-3721.

The special shows seem to be separate from her Dangerous Woman World Tour that wrapped in England in June. The tour was briefly canceled following the May 22nd terrorist attack as Grande’s show was ending in Manchester, England.

Twenty-two people were killed and dozens more injured after a suicide bomber set off two nail bombs at the Manchester Arena as Grande’s concert wrapped on Monday. Grande was not hurt, but her mom was still in her seat in the front row as the bomb exploded. She, among others, helped get concertgoers to safety. Grande and her mother immediately returned home to Boca Raton, FL following the attack.

Live Nation refunded a week of tour dates, but returned to the city for a star-studded One Love Manchester on June 4th to benefit the victims and their familites. Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Coldplay, Take That, One Direction’s Niall Horan, Usher, Miley Cyrus and Pharrell all showed up to support the cause with many outlets worldwide airing the concert in portions or as a whole.
