Album tops Billboard’s Top 200 chart

Ariana Grande debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with her critically acclaimed fourth studio album, Sweetener. In addition, Sweetener broke the record for largest streaming week for a pop album by a female artist. This is Grande’s third album to debut at the top of the Billboard 200 chart.

Sweetener was met with rave reviews from Rolling Stone giving the album four out of five stars, claiming it as “the best album of her career.” The Fader went on to say, “It’s Ari at the top of her game” and Cosmopolitan proclaimed she is the “only hope for pop this year.” While V Magazine added to the extensive list of praise that “her light is shining brighter than ever.”

Three previously released music videos for “No Tears Left To Cry,” now officially certified RIAA platinum, “The Light Is Coming” and “God Is A Woman” were directed by Grammy Award-winning director Dave Meyer. To date all three videos combined have now been streamed on VEVO over 640 million times.
