AXS TV announces ‘Shocktober’ Halloween programming

Highlights include iconic concerts, horror movies, conversations & more

AXS TV has rock Halloween fans covered as the network announces a Shocktober event featuring iconic concerts, horror movies, candid conversations, and themed episodes of two hit AXS TV series. The macabre music mayhem is set to air from Friday, October 25th through Thursday, October 31st, getting viewers into the spirit of the season and serving as the perfect backdrop to the month’s Halloween hijinks.

Music highlights include groundbreaking concerts featuring Nirvana’s famed Halloween homecoming concert Nirvana: Live At The Paramount, filmed just five weeks after Nevermind shocked the airwaves. Costume-clad rock monsters Kiss roar through Sin City with a hit-packed set in Kiss Rocks Vegas.

AXS TV originals The Top Ten Revealed and The Big Interview also have spooky-themed episodes. The Top Ten Revealed will feature episodes about “Murder Songs, “Rockin’ Ghoulish Songs,” “Songs About the Devil” and “Songs of the Occult” while the Dan Rather-hosted Big Interview will feature candid conversations with Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, and Alice Cooper.
