Powerhouse duet “Nobody But You” available on Shelton’s Fully Loaded: God’s Country

There’s “Nobody But You” for country music superstar Blake Shelton – at least when it comes to the duet partner on his latest single, available now. Shelton teamed up with girlfriend Gwen Stefani for the “soaring power ballad” (Rolling Stone) written by Ross Copperman, Shane McAnally, Josh Osborne and Tommy Lee James. It is one of four new tracks on Shelton’s recently released Fully Loaded: God’s Country album, which hit No. 1 on both the Top Country Albums and Country Album Sales charts and went Top 10 on the all-genre Billboard 200.

“I was at The Voice compound and Shane McAnally is on Songland, so they were there doing some cross-promotion. Shane came to my trailer and said, ‘Man, I got a song for you,’” Shelton shares. “I knew he had Gwen’s number from a write, so I told him to send it to her as I was being called to set. I actually got the song twice because my producer Scott Hendricks emailed it to me right after. Then one day I was driving with Gwen and I said, ‘Hey let’s listen to that song from Shane, because Scott sent it to me too – it must be pretty incredible.’ When I heard it, I was just floored. I realized how important that song was for me and where I am in my life right now. I just think it’s magical. I literally think it’s important of a song as I’ve ever recorded.”

“Nobody But You” shot to the top of the iTunes songs chart upon release last month and into the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. He and Stefani will take the stage together for the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards on Sunday, January 26th at 8 pm ET on CBS. Shelton is currently nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for his 2x platinum smash “God’s Country.” The global hit won Single of the Year honors at the CMA Awards in November.

Shelton is gearing up for season 18 of The Voice while prepping for more than a month on the road with his Friends and Heroes 2020 Tour, kicking off Thursday, February 13th in Portland, OR. Special guest Lauren Alaina will join him on the 16 date run in addition to appearances by The Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson and Trace Adkins. The tour will hit major cities throughout the Midwest and West Coast, including a stop at The Forum in Los Angeles.
