Twelve of the 24 acts are musicians
Marc Anthony, Irving Azoff, Jonas Brothers, Sheila E., Lenny Kravitz, Lang Lang, Ludacris, Melba Moore, Pentatonix, Jenni Rivera, Blake Shelton and Charlie Wilson will all be honored by the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2023. Ludacris will be awarded under the Motion Picture category with Pentatonix, Lang Lang and Moore under the Live Theater/Live Performance category. Rivera will be awarded posthumously alongside actors Paul Walker and Juanita Moore.
Twelve of the 24 nominees are musicians and were chosen from hundreds of nominations by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Each nominee has two years to accept their award which carries a price tag of $50,000 to create, install and maintain the star.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will announce ceremony information as it becomes available.
