The event will be held June 12-15 in Manchester, TN
Concert-goers planning to attend the 2014 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival can start planning right now. It has been announced that the festival will take place June 12-15th in Manchester, TN, about an hour south of Nashville.
The announcement was made via Twitter on Thursday (Aug 15th) along with a short documentary recapping the 2013 festival.
The Bonnaroo documentary is called Be Free and was shot by fan-turned-producer Jay Sansone. The full version is expected to be released to coincide with next year’s festival.
2014 will be the second straight year that Bonnaroo doesn’t overlap the CMA Music Fest which is scheduled one week earlier from June 5-8th in Downtown Nashville.
No ticket information was announced on Thursday. Last year, organizers released a limited amount of VIP tickets in November for the Christmas gifting season while putting all tickets on sale in February.
