The song appears on Young’s fourth studio album
Diamond-certified country artist Brett Young releases “Drink With You,” his newest single that impacts radio on Monday, April 14th. The track made its world premiere on country radio today (Apr 10th), marking the newest from his upcoming fourth studio album, 2.0, set to drop on Friday, June 13th via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment.
โโDrink With Youโ is a song about exes that canโt seem to make good decisions when they get together and there is alcohol involved,โ shares Young. โItโs a story as old as time about how itโs sometimes easy to fall back into old habits rather than move on.โ
The song follows the release of “Tastes Like You,” which dropped in February. The haunting ballad, written by Young alongside Justin Ebach, Noah Needleman, and Jon Nite, delves deep into the raw emotions of a heartbroken soul struggling to move on after a breakup.
Young is currently in the midst of his Back To Basics World Tour 2025 which will make stops across the U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe, and the UK. Kylie Morgan and Ryan and Rory will act as support on select dates of the tour. The Back To Basics World Tour 2025 offers a more stripped back, personal concert experience, showcasing a different kind of live show than fans have seen in recent years from the country mainstay.
