The R&B superstar scores back-to-back global No. 1 hits
Multi-platinum, award-winning hit songwriter Bruno Mars has scored a second consecutive chart-topper on the Billboard Global 200 with his latest single “APT” featuring Rosé debuting at No. 1 in the chart week dated November 2nd.
The track bests Mars’ previous Billboard Global 200 No. 1 of eight consecutive weeks, “Die with A Smile” featuring Lady Gaga, co-written with songwriter D’Mile, which remains strong on the chart at No. 2.
This week, Mars also takes over the top position on Spotify’s weekly Top Songs Global chart with the debut of “APT” while “Die With A Smile” holds firmly at No. 2 in the chart week of October 24th. Additionally, this month, Mars scores another career-first milestone by becoming the most popular artist on Spotify, now averaging 121.5 million monthly listeners.
Currently preparing for his Las Vegas residency, Bruno Mars will kick off a run of performances at Dolby Live at Park MGM from December 18th through the 31st.
