Ninety minute concert airs June 14th

K-Pop superstars BTS are once again meeting fans from all around the world through a live “on-tact (On-Contact)” concert. The band has announced BANG BANG CON The Live via their official social media channels and community platform Weverse.

BANG BANG CON The Live is a 90 minute live concert where BTS will be inviting fans into their room. The paid live streaming is set for June 14th at 6 pm KST/5 am EDT.

Following BANG BANG CON, BTS will once again gather fans from all around the world with another special content with details to be revealed via Weverse soon.

BTS has previously garnered an enthusiastic response from Army with the online streaming festival BTS ONLINE CONCERT WEEKEND ‘BANG BANG CON’ that showed live footage of past concerts and fan meets. The global superstars have been regarded to have opened a new generation of “untact concert,” the livestream amassing a total of 50.59 million views and 2.24 million concurrent viewers.

In February, the group released Map of the Soul: 7 via Big Hit Entertainment. The record consists of a total of 20 tracks, including collaborations with Sia and Halsey. Fifteen brand new songs are added on top of tracks from Map of the Soul: Persona released last April. The K-pop superstars placed No. 1 on the Billboard 200, as well as No. 4 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Chart, making them the fastest group since the Beatles to generate four albums at the top of Billboard 200.

The group has postponed their Map of the Soul Tour due to the COVID-19 crisis. New dates are TBA.
