BTS’ Suga announces solo documentary film

Suga: Road to D-Day premieres on Disney+ on April 21st

Hybe has announced the documentary film, Suga: Road to D-Day, set to premiere globally on Disney+ and Weverse on Friday, April 21st. The teaser poster has been revealed via BTS’ official social platform channel.

Starring Suga of 21st century pop icons BTS, Suga: Road to D-Day captures the K-pop star on a musical journey following his road trip around the world. The film takes the viewers through the ins and outs of his creative process working on his highly anticipated solo album D-Day set to be released on the same day with the film.

This road movie also portrays genuine conversations between artists as it features star-studded guests that Suga collaborated with or has close encounters with. The film also invites viewers a special experience of Suga’s live solo performance clips which have been rare to view.

In February, Suga announced his first solo world tour Suga | Agust D D-Day Tour which will take place from April 26th through June 25th. The US leg includes Belmont Park, NY; Newark, NJ; Rosemont, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Oakland, CA. Then the tour will hit Asia: Jakarta, Indonesia; Bangkok, Thailand; Singapore; Kanagawa, Japan; and Seoul, South Korea.
