Hip hop, R&B and rap rule the year-end list of listeners’ favorite tracks

Cardi B tops Pandora’s Top Thumb Hundred 2020 playlist with her NSFW collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion, “WAP.” Megan Thee Stallion also leads the list of power acts with the most songs included in the rankings with eight as hip hop, R&B and rap dominate the year with the top nine songs falling into those genres.

Roddy Ricch, Drake, DaBaby, The Weeknd, Future, Chris Brown, Young Thug and others join their hip hop counterparts to top the list. Drake and Lil Baby have seven songs on the list with Justin Bieber at five and DaBaby, Ariana Grande and Pop Smoke all at four.

Luke Combs is the only country act to make the top 20 with “Forever After All” from his latest deluxe release.
