Caroline Jones preps ‘Good Omen’ album, tour

The emotionally rich project drops on February 13th

Rising country singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and band member of Grammy Award-winning Zac Brown Band, Caroline Jones, has announced her highly anticipated album, Good Omen, to be released February 13th. Marking Jones’ first album with Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment, Good Omen showcases Jones’ most raw and lyrically honest songwriting to date, reflecting her growth and new life perspectives as both an artist and a new mom.

“I am thrilled to announce my next album, Good Omen. This project has my most raw and empathetic storylines yet, set to a backdrop of rich, dark, bluegrass-infused tracks. This being my first album as a Mother, I’ve channeled the intense empathy that Motherhood affords you, which, it turns out, is a superpower as a songwriter and artist. I collaborated with some amazing new songwriters and musicians on this project, including co-producer Julian Raymond, and cannot wait for folks to hear the stories and the sound that we crafted,” Jones shares.

With tracks penned alongside esteemed Nashville songwriters Eric Paslay, Sarah Buxton, Emily Weisband, and Liz Rose, the 12-track collection explores the different shades and colors of life, from darker, messier storylines to lighter messages and themes traditionally seen in Caroline’s music. Each of the tracks looks at life from a practical, realistic lens, as seen in previous releases including the chart-climbing radio single “No Tellin’,” the empowering mom-anthem “All The Things,” and “Divorce In A Small Town.”

Jones will release the title track on Friday, November 14th, which embodies Jones’s renewed energy and fresh sound as she poetically sings about finding opportunity for growth in challenging situations.

In support of the album, Jones will kick off her nearly 20-date headlining tour, Good Omen, on February 17th, in Nashville, bringing her dynamic musical performance to stages across the U.S through May.
