Underwood will release “Find Your Path” on March 3rd
Carrie Underwood will be heading out this spring on her first-ever book tour for her first book, “Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life.” Underwood will be making stops in Brooklyn, NY; Stamford, CT; Nashville, TN; and Los Angeles, CA starting on March 2nd to celebrate the release of the book with her fans.
In the book, out on March 3rd, Underwood opens up about her personal journey in the path towards optimal health. She shares all the tips and tools she learned along the way, and fans can hear it in person.
“I want to be healthy and fit 52 weeks of the year, but that doesn’t mean I have to be perfect every day,” Underwood shares. “This philosophy is a year-round common-sense approach to health and fitness that involves doing your best most of the time—and by that I don’t mean being naughty for three days and good for four. I mean doing your absolute best most of the time during every week, 52 weeks of the year.“
Tickets are on sale Tuesday, February 18th at noon EST. Fan club presales start at 10 am EST and include a signed copy of the book, moderated Q&A and picture with Underwood.
A Target exclusive edition of the book includes a bonus chapter.
