Carrie Underwood to debut new video on Twitter during CMA Awards

The song is from her upcoming Greatest Hits: Decade #1 album

Carrie Underwood will premiere the video of her smash single, “Something in the Water,” exclusively on Twitter, Wednesday evening, November 5th, during ABC’s 48th Annual CMA Awards telecast.

Following Underwood’s performance on the CMA Awards in Eastern and Central Zones, @CarrieUnderwood will use her official account to personally debut the video for “Something in the Water” directly on Twitter.

Directed by Underwood’s longtime creative collaborator Raj Kapoor and produced by Mark D. Allen, the music video finds Carrie performing while members of the dance company, Shaping Sound, dance around her in water. The video was choreographed by the Emmy-nominated Travis Wall, the company’s founding member and a former finalist and current resident choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance, with styling and costume design by three-time Emmy Award winner Marina Toybina.

Millions of country music fans around the world can tune in on Twitter and follow @CarrieUnderwood to watch Underwood’s exclusive premiere.

“Something in the Water” is from Underwood’s December 9th album, Greatest Hits: Decade #1, and the single is available immediately with your pre-order at iTunes.

Written by Underwood, Chris DeStefano, and Brett James, “Something in the Water” is #12 this week on both the Billboard and Country Aircheck country airplay charts.
