Carrie Underwood’s ‘Two Black Cadillacs’ getting TV mini series

The single will be a six hour mini series

Carrie Underwood’s single, “Two Black Cadillacs,” has inspired a six hour mini series that is being developed by monster producer Jerry Bruckheimer for Fox.

Deadline reports Two Black Cadillacs will explore a murderous love triangle in the modern South, much like the song’s storyline where a wife and mistress plot to kill the same man they’re both involved with.

Jerry Bruckheimer TV and Warner Bros TV are teaming up for the series which will be written by Necessary Roughness’ Ildy Modrovich. Underwood, Bruckheimer and Modrovich are set to executive produce the project.

“Two Black Cadillacs” was written by Underwood, Hillary Lindsey and Josh Kear and appears on Underwood’s latest album, Blown Away.

No word on when production will begin or an airdate.
