Cheap Trick returns with ‘When I Wake Up Tomorrow’ single

2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees Cheap Trick are back with a new single, “When I Wake Up Tomorrow” from their first studio album in seven years, Bang, Zoom, Crazy…Hello. The single has been sent to radio and will be going for adds everywhere on March 8th.

The album was produced by two time Grammy Award winning, Oscar nominated, Julian Raymond and Executive Produced by Big Machine Label Group President/CEO Scott Borchetta.

Cheap Trick and Big Machine announced the new deal in December 2015 when it was announced that the band would be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April 2016. Eligible for the Rock Hall since 2002, Cheap Trick will be inducted after being nominated for the first time this year. More than 800 artists, historians and music-industry professionals determine the annual honorees, who are considered qualified 25 years after releasing their first single or album – 1990, for the newest crop of nominees. The 2016 Induction Ceremony is scheduled for April 8th.

A major North American headline tour will be announced in support of the new album sometime soon.
