Weekly Songwriter Sessions are on Instagram Live Tuesday evenings at 9 pm EDT
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has announced the June lineup for its weekly Songwriter Sessions on Instagram Live. During these sessions, held Tuesdays at 9 pm EDT, viewers hear from and interact with the talents behind country music’s biggest hits. The Songwriter Sessions are presented by SunTrust and hosted by Abi Tapia, the museum’s director of public programs.
Jessi Alexander, whose compositions include “The Climb” (Miley Cyrus), “I Drive Your Truck” (Lee Brice) and “Mine Would Be You” (Blake Shelton) kicks it off June 2nd.
Superstar Dierks Bentley, whose compositions include his singles “I Hold On,” “What Was I Thinkin’” and “Living,” follows on June 9th.
Bob DiPiero, whose compositions include “Blue Clear Sky” (Country Music Hall of Fame member George Strait), “Gone” (Montgomery Gentry) and “Daddy’s Money” (Ricochet),” will be featured on June 16th.
Yola, whose compositions include her singles “Faraway Look,” “It Ain’t Easier” and “Walk Through Fire,” will be featured on June 23rd.
Country artist Steve Wariner, whose compositions include his singles “Holes In The Floor of Heaven,” “When I Still Mattered To You” and “Longneck Bottle/Nothin’ But The Taillights/Blacktop Ends” (medley), will wrap on June 30th.
Upcoming Songwriter Sessions in May are with Charlie Worsham tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19th, and Country Music Hall of Fame member Don Schlitz on Tuesday, May 26th.
