Country singer Mindy McCready reportedly commits suicide

McCready leaves behind two young sons
Country singer Mindy McCready’s body has been found, the result of an apparent suicide, as is being reported by E! Online, with the singer’s body being found in Heber Springs, Arkansas.
Waren Olmstead, the Coroner in Cleburne County, Ark., has confirmed that Mindy McCready died in Heber Springs on Sunday (Feb 17th). No further details, including the location of McCready’s two sons, was provided.
McCready, 37, had recently been in the news when her boyfriend, David Wilson, died last month at the age of 34, a death which is still under investigation.
McCready’s father was quoted as saying, “Since boyfriend (David Wilson) shot himself she has been in bed for 3 weeks. Sleeps all day. Drinks all night and is taking prescription drugs. Not bathing or even helping take care of her 2 children.”

McCready was perhaps best known for her 1996 song “Guys Do It All the Time,” which went to #1 on the Billboard US Country Charts.
