Lineup features Brantley Gilbert & Brett Young
Excitement continues to grow for the upcoming Cowboy Luau to be held Friday, September 16th and Saturday, September 17th at Poconos Park in the Poconos Mountains region of Pennsylvania. Organizers are pleased to announce the addition of Uncle Kracker (“When the Sun Goes Down,” “Follow Me,” “Smile,” “Drift Away”) to the already stellar lineup featuring headliners Brantley Gilbert and Brett Young.
Additionally, single-day tickets are available starting at just $49.99 plus fees for general admission, as well as a limited four pack of one-day Lawn Party seats for just $99 while supplies last. Tickets are available through Etix and through the Cowboy Luau website.
“We realize that many people have had to tighten their belts, so now, there is no excuse to not ‘Get Your Good Times On’ and ‘Party in the Poconos!’” states John M. Oakes, CEO/Founder of From The Roots/Poconos Park. “We want music fans to come and check out Poconos Park. It’s a breathtaking venue and the experiences we plan on delivering will be second to none — besides all that, where can you go see a national headliner with three of your friends for less than $100?”
Cowboy Luau’s full line-up of entertainment will run from 1 pm until 11 pm daily. In addition to headline shows with Brantley Gilbert and Brett Young, the two-day festival will also include performances by Pennsylvania’s own Warren Zeiders, as well as Ryan Griffin, Dylan Schneider, Austin Meade, Kassi Ashton, Rick Monroe & the Hitmen, Aydamn, and Jake’s Rockin’ Country Band, with more.
Fans can also enjoy activities including DJ dance parties, hula and line dancing, a corn hole tournament (with the daily winner receiving a backstage photo with Brantley Gilbert or Brett Young), and even an opportunity to win a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Cowboy Luau will also include locally sourced artisan food options, chef-driven cocktails, and, of course, cold beer curated by Event Hospitality Solutions. Additionally, the festival will feature delicious food and beverage options from local restaurants and chefs, including local establishments The Morning Brew, Juby’s Smoothies, and more.
In early 2022, Oakes’ From the Roots, a real estate development and venue management company, acquired 200+ acres of land including the nearly 40 million-dollar development formerly known as Mt. Laurel Performing Arts Center and the Tom Ridge Pavilion. Just a short drive from New York City, Philadelphia, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Newark, Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, From the Roots recognized the venue’s immediate potential, took action, renovated, upgraded, and reopened it as Poconos Park.
