Single will be featured on DJ’s forthcoming album
Grammy Award-winning producer and DJ Dave Audé has unveiled a new single featuring multi-platinum selling and Grammy Award-Winning vocalist LeAnn Rimes, “Uninvited,” a reimagined rendition of the hit single originally written and performed by Alanis Morissette. The song is now available across streaming platforms. “Uninvited” will be included on Audé’s full-length album Motions, set to debut on October 21st.
“It was such a joy to collaborate with Dave on one of the most epic songs ever,” shares Rimes. “Dave and I have been working together for years, but this was the first time we joined forces to create a track from start to finish. He is a dear friend, a genius at his craft and a blast to create with. I love what we have created together!”
“Uninvited” is one of many singles Audé released this summer including the title track “Motions” featuring Zee Machine, Lynda Carter’s “Human and Divine, Dave Audé Remix” and “Neon Moon Re-imagined by Dave Audé and Cody Belew.”
“LeAnn Rimes is one of the most talented vocalists and songwriters on planet earth,” shares Audé. “I’ve been lucky enough to remix over a dozen of her songs and it has been a dream of mine to collaborate with her in this way over the past 20 years. When I heard her sing ‘Uninvited’ I knew in my bones that we had to do it together.”
Motions will be the first full-length album in his 20+ year career. Inspired by a new chapter in his career, where he is writing and producing more songs than ever before. Audé wanted to showcase his creativity in a body of work that highlighted new and iconic voices paired with Audé’s infectious beats that has made him a global household name in the dance space.
With more than a dozen years as a veteran producer and DJ, Audé has produced, remixed countless tracks collaborating with top artists includingLady Gaga, Katy Perry, Coldplay, Madonna, Ariana Grande and more, garnering more than 135 No. 1 Billboard Dance hits. In 2015, Audé garnered his first GRAMMY Award for “Best Remixed Recording” for “Uptown Funk (Dave Audé Remix)” and in 2021, he received his third Grammy nomination for “Best Remixed Recording” this time for the superstar collaboration of Demi Lovato and Ariana Grande on “Met Him Last Night.”
