The band is supporting its new album
Dave Matthews Band will launch its first tour of Europe and the United Kingdom in five years on April 2nd. The 19-date headlining run kicks off in Amsterdam and will take the band to 14 countries in total, including Germany, Ireland, France and others, along with a two-night stand at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, September 22nd at 9 am local time.
Dave Matthews Band has sold more than 25 million tickets since its inception, making them the second largest ticket-seller in history.
The band is on tour in support of its tenth studio album, Walk Around the Moon, which was released in May. Most of the album’s 12 original songs were recorded with producer Rob Evans. Longtime collaborator, John Alagia, served as executive producer of the album. Walk Around The Moon took shape during the pandemic and is as much a reflection on the current times as it is an urge to find common ground.
