Clint Black, Sawyer Brown, Terri Clark and David Lee Murphy join the inaugural music festival

Already tapped as one of the hottest music festivals this summer by Billboard and Entertainment Weekly, multi-platinum entertainer Dierks Bentley and the world’s leading live entertainment company Live Nation have announced further details for their upcoming inaugural Seven Peaks Music Festival. The action-packed, three-day and multiple-stage festival will get the party started on Friday, August 31st in Buena Vista, CO with Hot Country Night featuring performances by Clint Black, Sawyer Brown, Terri Clark, David Lee Murphy and special guest Bentley’s own Hot Country Knights. Bentley exclusively broke the new details with Rolling Stone in a medley video of the Friday night lineup’s timeless hits.

“I couldn’t imagine getting to help plan my own festival and not having my favorite country music from the 90’s represented in a big way,” states Bentley. “These guys are the constant soundtrack for me and the band backstage on the road, and I’m beyond excited they agreed to kick this thing off on Friday night with us. I’m counting the days…I hope they let me jump up and sing with them!”

A weekend-long Somewhere On A Beach Party was also revealed, taking full advantage of the scenic festival’s setting with a daytime soiree on the water. Campers will be able to bask in the Colorado sunshine while floating with their friends, as well as enjoying daily drink specials and beach games with DJ AYDAMN keeping the festivities going all-day long. Passes for the Labor Day weekend (Aug 31st-Sept 2nd) destination experience are available now and due to demand more Summit VIP passes have also been made available at sevenpeaksfestival.com.

The announcement follows the news that Seven Peaks Music Festival’s first year will offer one of the most eclectic lineups of 2018, previously revealing friends Miranda Lambert, Brothers Osborne, Elle King, LANCO, Del McCoury, Sam Bush and The Cadillac Three as the first announced artists to play, as well as recent additions to the main stage including Dan + Shay and just revealed acts Lucie Silvas and Kiefer Sutherland. Like his upcoming studio album The Mountain, which is available Friday (June 8th), Seven Peaks Music Festival was inspired from Bentley’s love of The West. A bucket list experience, fans will be able to enjoy the unique vibe of the festival from the comradery-filled lineup to the community atmosphere as well as the late-night jams and surprise guests, while the jaw-dropping beauty of the collegiate peaks mountain range provides the perfect homegrown feel for camping under the stars.
