Drake announces seventh studio album

Rapper drops project June 17th

Drake will release his seventh studio album, Honestly, Nevermind, at midnight ET on Friday, June 17th. The rapper shared the news on social media, revealing very little about the project.

“7th studio album ‘Honestly, Nevermind’ out at midnight,” he shares with the album’s coverart.

Drake is expected to reveal more details during the premiere episode of his SiriusXM show, Table For One, which premieres tonight (Thurs, June 16th) at 11 pm ET on Sound 42.

Honestly, Nevermind follows last year’s Certified Lover Boy, which scored the rap mogul his tenth No. 1 album and the biggest album debut in over a year. The long-awaited album amassed an astounding one billion plus streams within its first week and bowed at No. 1 across multiple charts around the world.

Last fall, Drake opened History with Live Nation, a live entertainment venue in his hometown of Toronto. History combines the lasting elements of the past with the brightest visions of the future to bring top-tier acts that set a new standard for the live experience in the city.
