Ellie Goulding announces Higher Than Heaven European tour

Trek kicks off this fall

Ellie Goulding will embark on the Higher Than Heaven Tour this fall in the UK and Europe. The trek kicks off October 16th in Dublin and stops in Glasgow, London, Paris and others before wrapping November 7th in Berlin.

A fan pre-sale begins Tuesday, April 4th at 9 am local time with the general sale beginning Thursday, April 6th at 9 am local time via Ticketmaster.

“As you know, touring plays such a crucial part of my job — I love connecting with you and gives me the greatest joy… But i’m also acutely aware of the damage that touring does to our planet,” Goulding shares. “I love the green achievements from the Brightest Blue tour but be even more ambitious this time around. I can’t wait to see you all.”

Last month, fans were given an exclusive preview of the new album when Goulding returned to the stage for two sold out intimate shows at London’s iconic KOKO in Camden. She captivated audiences with her previous hits alongside recent singles and some exclusive new music from the forthcoming album.

Ellie’s hotly anticipated fifth studio album Higher Than Heaven is due for release this April 7th and comes fresh of the back of new single “By the End of the Night” and “Miracle” — her recent collaboration with Calvin Harris — has peaked at No. 2 on the UK Official Chart and continues to grow.

Higher Than Heaven has seen Ellie enlist some of pop music’s finest to craft the album with her, Greg Kurstin (Sia, Maggie Rogers, Elton John), Jessie Shatkin (Charli XCX, Years & Years), Koz (Sam Ryder, Madonna, Dua Lipa) and Andrew Wells (Halsey, Yungblud), with the finished record seeing Ellie put her own spin on modern pop music. The album is jam-packed with infectious hits that see Ellie’s signature vocals take centre stage whilst the production is pop music at its finest with stomping basslines, soaring synths and euphoric melodies.
