Event will be held this June

Elton John, Arctic Monkeys and Guns N Roses have been named headliners of Glastonbury 2023. The event runs June 21-25 at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset, England.

Arctic Monkeys will headline Friday night with Guns N Roses on Saturday and John closing things out on Sunday. John’s performance marks his Glastonbury debut and final UK show of his Farewell Yellow Brick Tour.

“It gives me enormous pleasure to let you know that the one and only Elton John will be making his first ever Glastonbury appearance, headlining the Pyramid Stage on the Sunday night,” shares Glastonbury’s Emily Eavis. “This will be the final UK show of Elton’s last ever tour, so we will be closing the Festival and marking this huge moment in both of our histories with the mother of all send offs. We are so very happy to finally bring the Rocket Man to Worthy Farm!”

Other performers include Lizzo, Carly Rae Jepsen, Blondie, Lewis Capaldi, Lil Nas X, Wizkid and others. Fifty-four names have been unveiled as the remainder of the lineup is forthcoming across over 100 stages and areas.

This year’s Festival will support Oxfam, WaterAid and Greenpeace and other worthy causes including the Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal.

Tickets for the four day event are sold out.
