Zeiders recently released second EP
Fast-rising country star Warren Zeiders released his second highly-anticipated set of original tracks, 717 Tapes EP Vol. 2 in April via Warner Music. The set features the stunning, panoramic track, “Wild Horse” which reveals a plaintive tale about the tribulations of chasing a dream to fulfill one’s destiny. The introspective ballad offers a poignant contrast to Zeiders’ recent hits, “Dark Night” and “Burn It Down,” both set to appear on the EP.
717 Tapes EP Vol. 2 follows last fall’s 717 Tapes EP Vol. I, which contained his certified Gold, runaway hit single “Ride The Lightning.” The second installment includes five new compositions, including two different versions of “Wild Horse.”
Zeiders is currently on tour in support of the project. Matt Bailey chatted with Zeiders by phone as he arrived for soundcheck in Washington DC last month to talk about his success. Bailey also attended that night’s performance which is discussed following the interview.
