Three dates are announced outside of his Crossroads Guitar Festival appearance
Ahead of his fifth annual Crossroads Guitar Festival, Eric Clapton has announced that he will be hosting a limited run of solo concert dates in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Phoenix in September 2019. Tickets for these shows will go on sale starting Friday, April 26th at 10 am local time.
Chase will hold a pre-sale for cardholders in the San Francisco Bay area. The pre-sales runs Tuesday, April 23rd at 10 am PDT-Thursday, April 25th at 10 pm PDT. Limited tickets are available.
Clapton’s band for these shows will include Doyle Bramhall II, Paul Carrack, Nathan East, Steve Gadd, and Chris Stainton with Sharon White and Katie Kissoon on backing vocals.
The newly announced shows will precede the sold out Crossroads Guitar Festival, taking place in Dallas, TX September 20-21st. The Festival will feature the past, present and future of guitar music on one stage for an unparalleled musical event. All profits will benefit The Crossroads Centre in Antigua, a treatment and education facility founded by Clapton for chemically dependent persons.
