Forthcoming entertainment complex is on Nashville’s Lower Broad
We can reveal that Friends in Low Places is the name of Garth Brooks’ forthcoming Nashville entertainment complex at 411 Broadway.
Brooks and staff were mum on the name until it began appearing on a scrim gracing the three story building on Wednesday (Apr 13th) afternoon. Onlookers were able to get a sneak peek of the reveal as crews worked to assemble it and the venue’s street level retail store.
Sources told us that the merch store opens at 10 am Thursday (Apr 14th), ahead of his two night hometown stadium shows at Nissan Stadium.
Sources have revealed to us exclusively that the old neon sign used by the previous tenant, Downtown Sporting Club, will be refurbished and mounted within a couple of months.
No details on when the three-story, 40,000+ square foot property will officially open for entertainment.
Brooks has engaged Strategic Hospitality, a Nashville-based hospitality company owned by brothers Benjamin and Max Goldberg, to help execute his vision.
Additional details will be shared as they become available.
Last month, we reported that Brooks had obtained the property in December 2021 with a concept that will likely include something from wife Trisha Yearwood.
