The film will be in theaters from December 5-9
For King + Country has partnered with Fathom Events to bring their beloved holiday tradition A Drummer Boy Christmas to theaters nationwide. The highly-anticipated holiday concert spectacle will be available for families nationwide to see in theaters during this limited engagement from December 5-9. After a whirlwind year, the inspirational duo has also announced that they will take a brief touring hiatus in 2025 to spend some time with their families, to get back in the studio to create new music, and to work on their next feature film project.
For the first time, audiences will have an up close and personal look at the annual high-octane show that brother duo Joel and Luke Smallbone have become known for. Families will get to experience and celebrate the season together with the extraordinary production blending festive visuals and stunning lighting and staging effects.
Tickets will be available starting Friday, October 25th.
A Drummer Boy Christmas is the perfect celebratory end to a very busy year. The concert film features Joel and Luke Smallbone, their talented band and is produced by Joshua Walsh. For King + Country recently released Unsung Hero: The Inspired By Soundtrack simultaneously with their new biopic film, Unsung Hero, which garnered $20+ million at the box office; and is now available on Starz. Audiences loved the film and ranked it 2024’s highest-rated Verified Hot movie on Rotten Tomatoes with a 99% audience score on their new Popcornmeter feature. The film most recently won the Dove Award for Feature Film of the Year.
Currently, the duo is on a 31-city US tour titled For King + Country Live: The Unsung Hero 2024 Tour. The tour features music from the Unsung Hero soundtrack and continues through November 10th in Dallas, Texas, with stops in Milwaukee, St. Louis, Kansas City, Tampa, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Boston, Oklahoma, and many more. Starting December 1st the duo will embark on their beloved annual A Drummer Boy Christmas | The 2024 Tour Experience and will be in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Nashville.
