Liam Payne, formerly of the British pop group One Direction, has died at the age of 31. TMZ reports that the English singer fell from his third-floor hotel room balcony in Argentina, but it’s unclear if it was intentional or accidental.
Witnesses tell the publication that Payne had been acting erratic in the hotel lobby earlier in the day, smashing his laptop before being carried back to his room.
