Garth Brooks adds second Foxborough show

Opening night is May 20th

Garth Brooks is playing a second show at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA. The new opening night concert will be Friday, May 20th with the second night on Saturday, May 21st.

This will be the country superstar’s first time at the home of the Patriots and the only Stadium Tour date in New England.

Tickets will be on sale Thursday, May 5th at 10 am ET via Ticketmaster, 1-877-654-2784 or through the Ticketmaster App on your mobile phone. Please note there will be no ticket sales at the venue box office on Thursday, May 5th.

It will be in-the-round seating. There will be an eight ticket limit per purchase. Tickets will cost $94.95, all inclusive.

This is the latest city to receive a second show on The Garth Brooks Stadium Tour after six cities were canceled last year due to rising COVID cases. Cincinnati will get two shows on May 13th and 14th with Charlotte on July 15th and 16th. Over Easter weekend, Nashville received two that saw 71k attend after being rained out last summer. He’s also revisiting Salt Lake City for the second time within a year selling more than 50,000 tickets within 45 minutes.

Only three cities remain to be announced as the Stadium Tour concludes with five sold out shows in Dublin, Ireland this September. Four hundred thousand tickets sold out within four hours, marking a new milestone for the country star who hasn’t performed in the city in 25 years.

Since the tour began in March 2019, Brooks has broken 24 attendance records and has sold an average of 90,000 tickets in each city. His largest single show so far on this trek is Baton Rouge with a sell out of 102,000 ticket sellout in two hours for this weekend at Louisiana State University.

Brooks will also make good on a promise to return to Notre Dame this spring. He recently sold out his first-ever headlining appearance at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX which prompted standing room tickets to be offered at half price.
