Country radio will share full details

Look out Ohio and Pennsylvania! You’re the next stop on Garth Brooks’ Dive Bar Tour. The country superstar made the announcement on his weekly Inside Studio G Facebook Live series on Oct 14th.

The concert will be held in Ohio with full details to be announced after 4 pm ET on Tuesday (Oct 15th) via country radio. All ticket holders must be 21 and over.

”This is gonna be like coming home for us,” Brooks shares. “We spent our [entire early road] life in Ohio, practically. This is gonna be fun for us. Our top two fan club states, when we had the fan club, were Ohio and Pennsylvania. I think we might be able to take care of both [states] on this one.”

The first four Dive Bar stops were Joe’s on Weed Street in Chicago in July, Buck Owens’ Crystal Palace in Bakersfield, CA in August and Gruene Hall in New Braunfels, TX in September. The fourth one is this Wednesday (Oct 16th) at The Barn in Sanford, FL. Two more are set to be announced soon.

This summer, Brooks joined Seagram’s 7 to declare this the summer of Dive Bars. As part of the celebration, the pair pledged to help make our roads safer for everyone by never driving impaired and have committed to securing 700,000 pledges this summer from dive bar patrons across the country at jointhepact.com.

Brooks’ new single “Dive Bar” featuring Blake Shelton, which inspired the seven date stint of dive bar shows, is available on Amazon Music. The “rowdy” (Rolling Stone) and “anthemic” (Billboard) new song was the most added song at country radio upon its debut and is taken from Brooks’ forthcoming studio album Fun, and is his first musical collaboration with Shelton. A video is expected soon.

Brooks is also in the midst of his record-breaking, “turbo-charged” (Variety) three year stadium tour. The final concert for this year will be at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, TN! It will be the tenth stop on the tour, which has been mass averaging just over 83,000 tickets in each city and over 830,000
