Garth Brooks confirms new album release date for Nov 11th

During a tour press conference in Atlanta today (Sept 19th), Garth Brooks confirmed that his highly-anticipated new album will be available on Tuesday, November 11th on Pearl/RCA Nashville. The still untitled album will feature his current hit on country radio, “People Loving People” and is expected to be widely available at all retailers.

Fans can pre-order the album at garthbrooks.com and ghosttunes.com. In addition to the album, fans can order an additional digital mega bundle including all eight iconic studio albums digitally updated, the new Double Live 25th Anniversary Edition featuring 30 songs along with 30 videos, an instant download of the new single, “People Loving People” and the bonus track, “Send ‘Em On Down The Road” for only $29.99, for a limited time.

Brooks, who in 2000, was certified by the RIAA as the #1-selling solo artist in U. S. history and has sold 134 million albums to date, virtually receiving every music award possible, is currently on his comeback world tour with wife Trisha Yearwood.

Earlier this week, Brooks announced he will return to Kentucky after 16 years when The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood hits Lexington on Friday, October 31st at 6:30 pm and Saturday, November 1st at 6:30 pm at the Rupp Arena.

Tickets will be on sale Friday, September 26th at 10 am EST. There will be an eight ticket limit per purchase. They can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or 1-800-745-3000 or Ticketmaster Express 1-866-448-7849. Please note there will be no sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on September 26th.

Tickets will cost $57.55 plus $3.45 tax, a $2 facility fee and a $6 service charge, totaling $69.
