Garth Brooks has just released “Baby, Let’s Lay Down A Dance,” from his forthcoming album. The uptempo, catchy and riffy track is full of life. It’s vibrant and fresh and is less than three minutes long. It’s fresh and perfect for today’s radio which is premiering it throughout the country everywhere on Thursday, October 13th.

“‘Baby, Let’s Lay Down And Dance’ was just a fun title and Kent Blazy’s had it in his book of titles forever, always threatening to write it,” Brooks states. “And so one day, me and Kim [Williams] and Kent sat down and wrote it. Got a little help from Steve Dorff and then Victoria Shaw finished it. In the middle of this though, Kim Williams passed away. I gotta tell you about it. I love the song, love the song, love the song. But probably my greatest joy is the fact that it’s a Kim Williams song. And not only did it not make this record, it’s the first single off this record.”

Brooks and Frito’s have teamed together to give fans the song for free through GhostTunes. Brooks is on specially-marked Frito’s products with details.
