Garth Brooks shatters his previous ticket record in Chicago

Chicago is the first stopped planned on his massive world tour

One show was planned but more were added. Garth Brooks has shattered his previous ticket sales for Chicago. Not bad for the first stop on his world tour. It will be the first time Garth has played Chicago in 17 years.

“On October 21-26 and December 18-19, 1997, Garth set a personal record in Chicago when he sold 141,717 paid admissions. Today, [July 25th] for the first city on his world tour he has already exceeded his personal record and continues to sell,” said Ben Farrell.

The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood will begin September 4 at 7:30 pm. Subsequent dates in Chicago are September 5th at 6 pm, September 6th at 6 pm and 10:30 pm, September 11th at 7:30 pm, September 12th at 6 pm and 10:30 pm, September 13th at 6 pm and 10:30 pm and September 14th at 7:30 pm at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL.
