Giant Flying Turtles ‘Waltz To The World’ has something for everyone

The Brooklyn based band released the album in Sept 2017

New York City has a new progressive band it can be proud of. Giant Flying Turtles comes to us from Brooklyn, hitting us with their very eclectic album Waltz To the World. Spotlighting various themes throughout, Waltz . . . surely brings a very unique sound, a sound that’s difficult to compare to anyone else. It’s far from perfect but it will keep you tuned in.

From going to funk, country and western, rock, Waltz . . . does indeed has something for everyone. “No Turning Back”, “One Of A Kind”, “Good To Be Alive” are among the standouts, but while there are a few hard to sit through, there’s more good enough tracks to keep your interest. If you’re searching for something new, something with a bit of edge with a sprinkle of everything, Waltz To the World is a good place to turn to.
