Limited edition vinyl is available only to Oakland Coffee Club subscribers

Green Day is releasing two tracks from its 1994 BBC Sessions on limited edition 7″ vinyl available exclusively for Oakland Coffee Club subscribers. After nearly three decades of being locked away in a vault, the punk rockers have pressed live recordings of “2000 Light Years Away” and “She” for the first time ever on white vinyl.

The BBC Sessions 7″ Part 1 is expected to ship during the week of July 19th and runs $19.99.

The cartoony cover features a drawing of the band holding coffee cups with a backdrop of the UK flag in honor of the BBC in London.

Subscribers to the “best damn coffee” receive exclusive merchandise, content and event opportunities. A three month commitment will earn a special welcome gift while six months will add an All Access status in the Free Stuff Rewards program.

Oakland Coffee was founded by the the band — Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt — in 2015, after a decade of searching for their favorite coffee beans and experimenting with roasting. The coffee is described as super smooth, but not bitter or acidic. The trio prides itself on setting a standard for compostability in coffee packaging. Oakland Coffee is the first coffee company to exclusively use fully certified compostable bags and pods that are made from plant-based materials, allowing it to be composted in an industrial composting facility, where available.
