Guns N Roses to play warm up show at The Troubadour in Los Angeles

The rumors are true, the newly reunited Guns N Roses, featuring Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan, is playing a surprise warm up show at The Troubadour in West Hollywood on Friday night (April 1st), and it’s no April’s Fool’s joke! The announcement was made early Friday with a limited number of tickets going on sale at noon.

The Troubadour is one of several Los Angeles venues the band performed before it was signed to Geffen Records in 1987 and was one of three rumored venues for the special show. 250 lucky fans can get a wristband for $10 each at Gibson Brands at 8801 Sunset Boulevard, formally known as Tower Records. Each ticket is cash only and limited to one per person. No cameras are allowed inside.

Doors open at 10 pm with the band to perform sometime after 11 pm.

While waiting for tickets, fans can explore an immersive GN’R Experience which is set to include historic items such as members’ classic attire, original artwork, personal awards and more, and check out the pop-up shop at Gibson Brands on Sunset.

Enjoy the show, if you’re lucky enough to get your tickets!
