Halestorm announces ‘Everest’ album, 2025 fall tour

The band will tour extensively this fall to support the new project

Halestorm has announced its sixth studio album Everest, due out August 8th on Atlantic Records. Last week, the band offered a glimpse of the project with “Darkness Always Wins,” the first song to be revealed from the upcoming collection. The song teases an album, produced by Grammy winner Dave Cobb, that dives deeply, both lyrically and sonically, into the band’s mountainous climb over the last couple decades.

“Our album Everest is a story of our journey as a band, full of beautiful endings and new beginnings,” says frontwoman and co-founder Lzzy Hale. “We weave a tangled web of melancholy, frustration, anger and the vast purgatory of love and love lost. It is a rollercoaster of epic musical detours, great songwriting and completely unhinged twists and turns. ‘Everest’ is an auditory representation of the four pillars of Halestorm. Let us reintroduce ourselves and invite you into our worldโ€ฆif you dare.”

This fall, the band will embark on the nEverest Tour with Lindsey Stirling and Apocalyptica. The trek starts on September 11th in Salem, Virginia with stops in Toronto, St. Louis, Winnipeg, and others. Tickets go on sale on Friday, May 2nd at 10 am local time.

The group will follow the run with a series of European dates with Bloodywood starting on October 22nd in Germany. They will wrap the year with five UK dates featuring Bloodywine and Kelsey Karter & The Heroines in November.
