HBO sets 2019 Rock Hall Induction Ceremony

The Cure, Def Leppard, Janet Jackson and more will be inducted

HBO has confirmed that the exclusive special 2019 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will debut Saturday, April 27th at 8 pm ET/PT. This year’s inductees include The Cure, Def Leppard, Janet Jackson, Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, Roxy Music and The Zombies.

Confirmed special guests and presenters include: Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, presenting for The Cure; Brian May of Queen, presenting for Def Leppard; Janelle Monae, presenting for Janet Jackson; Harry Styles, presenting for Stevie Nicks; David Byrne, presenting for Radiohead; John Taylor and Simon Le Bon of Duran Duran, presenting for Roxy Music; and Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles, presenting for The Zombies.

The special will also be available on HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and partners’ streaming platforms.

2019 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is produced by Playtone and Line By Line Productions; executive producers, Jann Wenner, Tom Hanks, Gary Goetzman and Joel Peresman; co-executive producer, Frank Garritano; supervising producer, Barbra Dannov; Alex Coletti produces and directs.
