Acoustic performance will stream on Bandsintown’s Twitch page
Imagine Dragon’s acoustic performance at the Tyler Robinson Foundation’s eighth annual Rise Up Gala is set to be livestreamed via Bandsintown’s Twitch on Friday, September 23rd. The stream originates from Resorts World Las Vegas at 9:30 pm PT.
Each year, the GRAMMY-Award winning band performs a special acoustic performance at TRF’s Rise Up Gala to raise funds and awareness for the TRF mission of strengthening families financially and emotionally as they cope with the tragedy of pediatric cancer.
The exclusive performance will be streamed live and open for financial contributions via Bandsintown’s Twitch platform. At last year’s TRF Rise Up Gala, Bandsintown rallied livestream viewers and raised $20,000 during the one hour performance to support TRF’s mission.
The Rise Up Gala offers attendees an exhilarating night of entertainment while celebrating the individuals who have made notable contributions to TRF through direct efforts, philanthropic support, or by raising public awareness about the challenges facing families battling a childhood cancer diagnosis. Following the highly successful 2021 event, which raised more than $2.6 million, the eighth annual Rise Up Gala promises to be an extraordinary evening of inspiration and hope as TRF also honors the children whom the organization’s mission is built around. This year’s honorees include TRF Corporate Honoree Dignity Health, TRF Youth Ambassador Honoree Brianna Paul, TRF Legacy Award honoree Heather Kahlert and The Kahlert Foundation, TRF Mission Impact Honoree Charity Pro Travel and TRF Honorary Chair Wayne Newton.
In the nine years TRF has served the pediatric cancer community, the nonprofit has provided support to more than 2,500 families around the globe and raised more than $12 million. Of every dollar TRF raises, more than 85% goes directly to families in need.
