Itzy makes another monumental return with the release of their highly anticipated mini album, Girls Will Be Girls, through JYP Entertainment/Imperial/Republic Records. Featuring five new tracks, Girls Will Be Girls is the group’s first mini album release in 2025, and continues to encapsulate messages of fierce loyalty and unstoppable energy, core identities of the group dating back to their 2019 debut.
The new album features the electric focus track “Girls Will Be Girls” which was released with an accompanying music video that showcases Itzy’s exhilarating presence and unshakeable energy that has made them beloved by fans everywhere. Girls Will Be Girls showcases the group’s diverse talent like never before—with upbeat, infectious dance tracks like “Walk” and “Kiss & Tell,” the hard-hitting anthem “Locked N Loaded” that’s bound to have fans singing along, and the emotional ballad “Promise,” which reveals the group’s heartfelt side.
Girls Will Be Girls comes on the heels of Itzy’s recent mini album Gold, which reunited all five members and features fan-favorite tracks like “Imaginary Friend” and “Vay” – the latter featuring Changbin of Stray Kids. The group also recently wrapped their monumental 2nd World Tour Born to Be, performing in arenas across 28 areas, including Australia, Mexico, England, Japan, and Canada.
