Jackson Browne announces Japanese tour

Jackson Browne has announce an October tour in Japan with his full band. The tour begins on October 17th for two nights at Tokyo’s Orchard Hall and continues through Nagoya, Osaka and Hiroshima. Tickets will be available on June 17th at 9:30 am and are available through udo.jp.

“This is my ideal band, with some of my favorite players, whose combined gifts provide the musical foundation and emotional underpinnings of my new songs,” says Jackson. “The interplay between Val McCallum and Greg Leisz – the effortlessness of their chemistry is a gift really, that just dropped into my lap. I feel fortunate to have them out on the road for this tour.”

Accompanying Jackson on the road this October are longtime band mates Bob Glaub (bass), Mauricio Lewak (drums), Val McCallum (guitar), Alethea Mills (vocals), Chavonne Stewart (vocals), Jeff Young (keyboards), and the acclaimed multi-instrumentalist Greg Leisz (guitar, lap steel, pedal steel).
