Jay-Z has announced the 4:44 Tour kicking off October 27th in Anaheim, CA and wrapping December 21st in Los Angeles. The tour is in support of his latest album, 4:44, that was released exclusively through his own TIDAL streaming service on June 30th.
Continuing its commitment to bring fans closer to their favorite artists, TIDAL members will have access to a special pre-sale beginning on Monday, July 10th at noon ET. Members can find details for purchasing tickets at TIDAL.com.
Citi is the official pre-sale credit card for the 4:44 Tour. As such, Citi cardmembers will have access to purchase U.S. pre-sale tickets beginning Monday, July 10th at noon ET until Thursday, July 13th at 10 pm ET through Citi’s Private Pass program.
RIAA certifies Jay-Z’s 4:44 Platinum
Tickets for the 4:44 Tour go on sale to the general public starting Friday, July 14th at 10 am local time at livenation.com. VIP Packages are available at VIPNation.com. VIP Packages include premium seating, access to a pre-show lounge, VIP parking, VIP laminate, special merchandise, early entry, photo opportunity at red carpet entrance and more.
Last week, 4:44 was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), recognizing one million albums sold and/or streamed in the United States. With the certification, Jay-Z has earned 13 Platinum (or higher) solo studio Album Awards in the United States – more than any other hip hop artist in the history of RIAA’s Gold & Platinum Program. He is also the only hip hop artist with more than ten RIAA Platinum (or higher) studio albums. Jay-Z also has four additional Platinum Album Awards for collaborations with Kanye West, Linkin Park, and R. Kelly.
