The brothers have spoken out about the breakup
Pop sibling trio the Jonas Brothers have called it quits, at least for now, nearly three weeks after they canceled their tour due to a “deep rift within the band.”
The band spoke exclusively to People who broke the story on Tuesday (Oct 28th). All three siblings spoke about the breakup.
“It’s over for now,” Kevin Jonas says.
“It’s really hard to say ‘forever,’ ” says Nick. “We’re closing a chapter, for sure.”
“It was a unanimous decision,” says Joe.
The decision comes after an October 3rd meeting in which the band discussed their future. People claims Nick expressed his concerns about the future of the band to his brothers during the meeting.
No word if and when the band may reunite or if the album they were working on will ever be released.
