Refunds will be issued and previous ticket holders will receive priority pre-sale access for the new venues
The Jonas Brothers have downgraded venues for six dates on the band’s upcoming 43-city Jonas20: Living the Dream Tour. The cities affected are Washington, DC; Philadelphia; Chicago; Detroit; Dallas; and Los Angeles.
“We so excited to get out and be with you for our 20th Anniversary Tour!” the group shares on social media. “Every decision we make is with you in mind, ensuring the best experience for our incredible fans. We’re aking some venue changes, but rest assured, all performances are still happening on the same dates and in the same cities. We’re pouring our hearts into making this the best tour we’ve ever done. We love performing for you and sharing this journey together.”
The DC venue has been moved to Jiffy Lube Live; Philadelphia at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion; Chicago to the suburb of Tinley Park at Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre; Detroit at Little Caesars Arena; Dallas at Dos Equis Pavilion; and Los Angles at Intuit Dome in nearby Inglewood.
Tickets for the affected dates will be refunded. Previous ticket purchases for the affected shows will get first priority pre-sale access for the new venue performance. Access to the priority presales is tied to each Ticketmaster account. No additional code is needed.
Kicking off August 10th at MetLife Stadium, this run promises a one-of-a-kind experience for fans. Each night will take fans on a full, career-spanning journey — with dedicated sets from every chapter of Jonas including Nick Jonas & the Administration, Nick Jonas’ solo career, Joe Jonas’ solo work, and DNCE — all leading up to an unforgettable headlining performance from the Jonas Brothers.
The news follows the surprise release of Live From the O2 London, released at midnight ET. Recorded at London’s iconic The O2 last year, the live album notably features a cover of “Dreams” by The Cranberries and an unreleased track “When You Know” from the forthcoming Greetings From Your Hometown. Fans can also listen to live contemporary versions of classic Jonas Brothers hits, like “Burning Up,” “Lovebug,” and many more, now available for streaming for the first time.
The brothers will release Greetings From Your Hometown on August 8th via Republic Records. Packed with new tracks and feel-good vibes, the album is a celebration of 20 unforgettable years and is filled with lifelong influences from their childhood and the sounds that they grew up on.
